Shipping

At Quilters' Palette, we strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for key details:

 1. Shipping Schedule 

   - Orders received by midnight Friday will be shipped the following week. 

   - U.S. orders are shipped on Monday. 

   - Canadian orders are shipped on Tuesday.        

 2. Inventory and Potential Delays 

   - We do not maintain a large inventory of every product. In the event of a delay due to inventory availability, we will notify you promptly.

 3. Seasonal Adjustments 

   - To ensure the quality of our products, we reserve the right to delay shipments that include paint during periods of freezing temperatures.

 4. Shipping Methods 

   - We select the fastest courier available within the shipping fee you have paid. 

   - We use various couriers and only use Canada Post if there are no other alternatives. (EI: for mailboxes) Some couriers will hand off parcels to USPS at the border, we have no choice in this part of the delivery.

   - If you require expedited shipping, we are happy to accommodate your request for an additional fee. Please contact us for further details.

 

Returns

Returns are limited to 30 days after purchase with receipt. Must be unused and still have original packaging. No returns on opened paint containers. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item.

For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery. 

Privacy

Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. Marketing emails will include an unsubscribe option. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.

Please note if you sign up for the Newsletter Email Marketing you can unsubscribe at any point.
